Our outpatient addiction treatment program is designed to allow participants the ability to maintain employment and family life while having access to a clean and sober supportive network.

The core curriculum consists of the Matrix Model program developed by Hazelden. Topics include everything from early recovery problems and relapse prevention to medication-assisted treatment services and scheduling.

With a sliding scale fee based on your income and family size, treatment is affordable for anyone. Groups are held on:

Mondays

10:00 am to 11:30 am

6:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Tuesdays

10:00 am to 11:30 am

6:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Thursdays

10:00 am to 11:30 am
