Outpatient Treatment
Our outpatient addiction treatment program is designed to allow participants the ability to maintain employment and family life while having access to a clean and sober supportive network.
The core curriculum consists of the Matrix Model program developed by Hazelden. Topics include everything from early recovery problems and relapse prevention to medication-assisted treatment services and scheduling.
With a sliding scale fee based on your income and family size, treatment is affordable for anyone. Groups are held on:
Mondays
10:00 am to 11:30 am
6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Tuesdays
10:00 am to 11:30 am
6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Thursdays
10:00 am to 11:30 am

Recovery Services
Staying connected to a supportive network is essential in recovery. When you complete your treatment at Cedar House, we will stay in contact with you as you progress in your journey, providing resources, support groups, individual sessions and alumni events.
Addiction treatment recovery services groups for aftercare are flexible and structured like support groups. These meetings are held on:
