Oasis House, a subsidiary of CHLCC, is located in Apple Valley, CA, and provides transitional housing and guidance to Transitional Age Youth (TAY) (ages 18-25) and operates in partnership with the Faith Advisory Council for Community Transformation (FACCT), a 501c3. Currently, Oasis House provides housing and meals to residents as they access services in the local community. Oasis House, in addition, offers support services on grounds such as educational guidance, job skills training, learn independent living skills; mentorship, and much more.
Cedar House is seeking individuals who can join the Oasis House team as a part-time/on-call House Managers. Positions will have regular part time schedules and on call hours of availability.
The On-call House Manager will ensure compliance with policies and procedures of Oasis House; act as a role model for participants; and provide oversight of temporary shelter services to homeless, mentally ill young adults who are participating in comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder treatment services.
